TravelMaxx Delta Companion

Keep your Delta sign-in in Chrome while TravelMaxx refreshes your SkyMiles account or prepares a selected itinerary for your review. The companion never purchases a flight.

Install and connect

  1. Install the companion from its Chrome Web Store listing when it becomes available.
  2. Sign in to Delta normally in a tab in that same Chrome browser.
  3. Open TravelMaxx Settings, find Connect Delta, and choose Connect this Chrome.
  4. Keep one signed-in Delta tab open when you ask the TravelMaxx agent to refresh or prepare a booking.

What it can do

  • Refresh supported SkyMiles balance, status, progress, benefit, credit, certificate, and activity fields.
  • Open a requested Delta itinerary, select the matching live fare, and stop at final review.
  • Report a live price change or unavailable source without turning missing data into zero.

Troubleshooting

Not connected: reload Settings after installation, then connect again. Pairing is specific to the TravelMaxx account and Chrome profile you are using.

Offline: keep Chrome running and confirm the popup says connected. Reopen a signed-in Delta tab before retrying.

Update required: update the extension from Chrome's extension manager, reload TravelMaxx, and reconnect if prompted.

Delta login required: sign in directly on delta.com. TravelMaxx does not receive or submit your Delta password.

Data unavailable: Delta did not expose that source during this refresh. TravelMaxx preserves the distinction between unavailable information and a confirmed zero or empty result.

Booking preparation stopped: review the message in chat and the open Delta tab. Retry only after confirming the signed-in state and requested itinerary. No purchase is made by the companion.
