Membership details
Membership in TravelMaxx may include a free trial or limited discounts. This is a paid application with cancellation available anytime, facilitated via Stripe.
Pricing
Pro membership is available as a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription. See the subscribe page for current plans and free-trial details.
Cancellation
If you cancel, you keep membership until the end of your billing period. Free trial users are promoted to fully paid users at the end of their trial. You can reach out to team@travelmaxx.app for refunds.
Cancelling a free trial early lets you keep access to most features, but you may experience slower speeds and rate limits congruent with our policies.
Refunds
If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of being charged, or a monthly plan within 14 days of your charge, you can reach out to team@travelmaxx.app to get a full refund — but you may lose access to paid features immediately.
Fair use
Anyone found abusing the service, engaging in fraud, gaming the system, abusing AI features, or engaging in deceptive practices will get their account banned and receive NO REFUND. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes (my lawyer said include this). We reserve the right to recover damages.
